今天來介紹一下測速網站，辛辛苦苦辦了寬頻，號稱幾十妹，到底實際表現有多快，會不會只是業者的廣告噱頭呢??

測速網站：國家高速網路與電腦中心NDT伺服器
http://ndt-hc.twaren.net:7123

測速主機位於新竹，聯外頻寬有1000Mbps，測速程式是個Java applet，上傳下載都各測試10秒鐘。
準確率頗高，以下分別把身邊可以測試不同ISP數據公佈參考，順便也來試算看看每Mb下載的成本。

學術網路
以每學期基本電費400元、住宿網路資源使用費200元計算，下載 1元/月-Mb

實驗結果：
除學術網路外，真可以說是一分錢一分貨。

最便宜的光特快Cable Modem適合假日常常出門遊玩(假日的cable真的是不堪回首阿)，平日下班回家上網，較少上傳的用戶，488/8 =60 KB的上傳真的蠻可憐的，上傳照片要比人家多兩三倍的時間，但是單位成本也是最低的。

最超值的是台灣固網20M，但是很奇怪的是下載竟然還少於上傳，可能同時間有網路下載影響到了測試成績。

中華電信的光世代表現中規中矩，該跑多少就是多少，上傳跑到破表我也不知道為什麼，就當小賺一點。
